Salary :
* Gross Salary: Annual gross salary of Rs.3,50,000/- on a cost to company basis.
* Additional benefits (other than Salary):
* Health insurance for employee and one dependent, in case the employee is not married.
* In case the employee is married, the insurance covers employee, spouse and upto two children.
* In either case, 80% of the insurance premium is paid by company and 20% is paid by employee.
* Personal accident insurance for employee - 100% insurance premium paid by the company.
* Employee Gratuity – Company pays the premium towards employee gratuity fund.
* For employees relocating from outside Bangalore Company provides:
- Temporary accommodation for up to 2 weeks from the date of joining and
- Reimbursement of relocation expenses

Selection Procedure :
* Candidates will have to qualify a written test in either ECE Stream or CSE Stream, based on the graduation discipline.
* The written test for ECE Stream shall comprise of skill tests in:
- C programming language
- Fundamentals of DSP and computer architecture
- General aptitude (
* The written test for CSE Stream shall comprise of skill tests in:
- C programming language
- Data structures and algorithms
- Operating System Fundamentals
- General aptitude
* Candidates shortlisted in the written test shall undergo one or more round(s) of face-to-face technical interview followed by HR interview.

*INITIALLY WE HAVE TO PAY RS.300/- FOR THE MEMBERSHIP CARD FOR TAKING THE TEST FOR THE FIRST TIME.THEN  WE CAN ATTEND ANY NUMBER OF RECRUITMENT DIRVES ARRANGED BY THEM BY GIVING RS.100/- PER EXAM.
